Hmm, Apple has pulled the "January Software Upgrade" from being purchased.
The "Purchase" button has been replace with a "Remind Me Later" button.

Maybe Apple realizing the error they made for charging $20 for this "Upgrade"?

This has been reported on TUAW here.

I hope they are making it free, but to be realistic they have nothing to lose by charging for the update; if it's free no one will be paying for it, but if it costs money then some people will pay for it.

I'll be waiting and watching this thread. The compliant box must have filled up mighty quick for Apple to pull the $20 download 24 hours after they posted it.

it was pulled (by most people's best estimates) because the update was sketchy and did not work for some people.
