I am currently jailbroken. I have been jailbroken a long time. Some games are getting a little glitchy tho. Would it help them if I unjailbroke?

Why don't you try it out yourself, if it fixes them you have your answer.

Don't use an animated wallpaper or some complex theme. Reboot your iPhone after installing a new game and try using a free memory app. And try going into safe mode to play games if that doesn't work. And remember that the iPhone is the weakest iDevice
