If I mod my iPod too much, then will some of the data of the mod save to the backup file ? Like SBSetting hiding icon, numberic battery, the name(top left on the status bar) ?

Ummm that's a good question. I don't think you can backup jailbreak apps, cydia, etc. But idk, I've never tried, and I'm kinda scared to.

You can. Download Aptback from Cydia. It syncs all your Cydia data the next time you backup in iTunes.

Uh.. I mean will the jailbroken apps settings save to the backup file (so if I have to go to apple (for replacement, blah blah blah), I will use that and it will be "Uh-oh" if apple found out I jailbroke it by seeing a little information saved by the jailbroken apps)
