1.yes, do not restore the backup
    2.just continue using cyw00ds 4 that ( relatively simple )
    3. go into cydia and install it then reboot with cyw00d's GUI.

    1.Yes, otherwise your screwed.
    2. Skip to step 5 on cyw00d's.
    3.
    a.Get SBsettings.(Search cydia)
b.Open Cydia and search up winterboard
c.Install, when it says restart device. slide your finger across the top bar(where your time, battery, "iPod", and Wi-Fi signal is and when the drop down comes down hit "Respring"
It'll restart the iPod with out actually re-starting it.
    And bam.
If you need anymore help pm me.
    I'll be glad to help.
    :]

i used cywo0d too but after a few times it starts to get tedious to reboot. instead use 1clickboot, it uses the same process as cywo0ds but u obly hve to put ur ipod into dfu mode while connected to computer and click the 1clickboot shortcut, it boots ur ipod without the need to disconnect and go into dfu mode again. it disconnects automatically and reconnects takes about 15secs to boot. not bad considering not run rs enabled
