Ever since i had jailbroken my ipt2g it has been behaving quite strange. The overall responsiveness has decreased, some times when i ipod is asleep and i try to awake it by pressing the home button it will take almost half a minute before it will awake itself. Booting up is fine but its happens when it is in sleep mode and you try to wake it up.
Another problem i have is the album arts seems to suddenly disappear or corrupts itself. These issues never happened before even with the tethered jailbreak but as i said ever since the untethered jailbreak performed on my ipod it just doesnt seem to be as good as it was before.
What should i do? Does any one have the same experience with there ipod? Should i do a restore and re-jailbreak it?

You told me to restore, in which way. You mean just restore by going to itunes and restoring from there or should i restore to the custom ipwa file?
If i restore using the normal itunes way will i lose all my apps etc?

Yes, restore to your Default Firmware, it will result in the loss of the apps, but hey, theres always backing up.
Do it and then jailbreak again, good luck.

ok what i would suggest is this:

Just check the ammount of stuff you have on there. i mean i remember when i first jailbreaked it i installed almost every damn thing i found interesting in cydia/installer. did u do heavy modding? do you have memory hungry theme? video wallpaper? animated/weather lockscreen? try disabling everything in winterboard and uninstall stuff you dont use in cydia/installer. it may solve your problem. cheers.
