    Hi there,

I have a jailbroken Ipod Touch 2G and it was working fine until a few days ago (I jailbroke it using Quickfreedom). Because of an accident, I deleted Quickfreedom, along with the Custom firmware I created to jailbreak my iPod touch. After that, my iPod will no longer sync in iTunes. (when I plug it in, iTunes act as if nothing has happened, as if it weren't connected at all.)

I tried putting it in Restore mode, but iTunes still does not recognize it.

I tried putting it in DFU mode, but this window pops up and says: "A problem occurred during hardware installation. Your new hardware might not work properly"

I even tried re-downloading Quickfreedom and remaking the same Curstom firmware, but it still does not work...

    Can somebody help?

    Thank you in advance!

This also happened to me. What I did was uninstall itunes and reinstall it. This worked for me....
