Is Jalbreaking an Ipod illegal and if so how is it diiferrent than "Free" applications. AND another thing-

Are "Free" applications so bad if you can only get them on the ipod that you put them on. They don't show up in your itunes applications, so you can't put them on other ipods. If you recover your ipod there gone so in reality its like other jailbroken applications.

NOTICE: I don't have cracked apps and neither should you this is a QUESTION...

yes but what if the cracked things don't show up in iTunes and they only show up on your ipod? I could see if they sync from your ipod into your iTunes, which lets you put it on other ipods, THat is illegal, but what if it doesn't sync to itunes? is that as bad?

Well its obvious that you are a Hypocrite and use cracked apps. No use in lying. You're terrible at it.

Jailbreaking is not Illegal. Jailbroken apps, those made by the actual community designed for Jailbroken devices such as Winterboard, those are not illegal because they are independently developed and released for Free.

Meanwhile, illegal apps such as the ones you "CLAIM" not to have, those are.
