If i used QuickFreedom to jailbreak 2.2.1, will I have any problems upgrading to 3.0 when it comes out?

Shouldn't be any problem except you lose your jailbreak?

Well. If you're talking about doing shift or option click on "Check for Update" in iTunes, it'll screw up your iPod. I tried to do it from 2.2.1 jailbroken to 3.0 Beta 4 and my iPod's filesystem wouldn't boot because there were still some jailbroken files. But if you're restoring with the full firmware then it's fine.
