Although I'm very happy with the results of my iPod touch 1.1.2 jailbreak and subsequent installations, especially the iPhone apps, I am now seeing messages from Lil Snitch every time I restart/boot the machine to which my iPod touch is connected. The text of the Lil Snitch alert is as follows:

wants to connect to iphonesubmissions.apple.com on TCP port 443 (https).

    The details:

    IP Address:
    Reverse DNS Name: iphonesubmissions.apple.com
    Established by: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileDevice.framework/Resources/AppleMobileDeviceHelper.app/Contents/Resources/MDCrashReportTool
    Process ID: 22

Unfortunately, Lil Snitch doesn't tell me what info is being sent. I cannot find a crash report in any of the Logs/ that appear to relate to this.

I don't have an iPhone but I do have an iPod touch with iPhone apps (mail, etc.). I am curiousto find out what is going on.
