So I jailbroke my phone about a month ago with Blackra1n. Everything was until about maybe a week ago when the phone started shutting off by itself and becoming slow/irresponsive. Did I do something wrong?

You could've downloaded something that's messing your iPhone up. Try restoring and leaving it unjailbroken for awhile to see if the problem continues.

The last thing I installed was 2 updates from cydia. Could it possibly be because I have both Cydia and Rock?

yes. Rock does cause devices to randomly reboot. Do you have SBSettings? cuz disabling some dylibs from there such as winterboard can make your device reboot randomly.

    what were the updates for?
i have both rock and cydia and have no problems, but it could be. if you cant find the problem, the best thing to do would be to restore.

First I'll try with sbsettings. If it doesn't work I'll dfu and restore. How do you find what the last updades were, because I don't remember their name?
