I jailbroken lots of time before but this has never happened....I was re-jailbreaking my ipod touch because, of installer problems, But I downgraded to 1.1.1
    www.jailbreakme.com
    Okto prep
Then closed all the itunes / apple process's
Then dev team touch free jailbreak

But, when the touch free jailbreak is done, it installed SSH but! im still on 1.1.1!

What other 1.1.2 methods are there? This is the only one I have ever used?'

Oh, and when i fix this problem should I jailbrake 1.13 again or 1.1.4?
    - Thanks

You have to update to 1.1.2 after you install oktoprep.

just directly go to 1.1.4, its already very safe.. ive done it a couple of times already with a couple of ipod touches of my friends. just follow ipodtouchmaster's method of the hardjailbreak.

    http://ipodtouchmaster.com/1.1.4_flash.html

there is a correction to his method, because there are alot of reported problems of getting stuck while using the keyboard of the ipod touch. to fix this, after you do the jailbreak, open up itunes and since you havn't named the ipod touch yet, you will be given two choices: "set up as new ipod" and "restore from back up of", you should select "restore from back up of" after that. you are free to go through the rest of the processes without any problems

if you get stuck in BSD root error, just press the power and home button, NEVER LET GO until the itunes and the plug logo comes out. it takes quite a long time for them to come out, so just be patient. hope it helps
