I jailbroke my ipod and was able to install a few programs with installer.app like summerboard/jan repo but i wanted to install other programs using t commander. I installed tpot and it recognizes my ipod but I only see 4 directories. I see dcim, downloads, itunes control, mxtube, and com.apple.itunes. Is my ipod jailbroken? I don't understand why i cant see application folders. Any help is appreciated.

You have to download AFC2 from installer and it will give you the files.

If any of you need a very easy method without entering all the terminal commands manually PM me with an email. You device will be jaibroken with working Customize and Summerboards when you are done.
