I finally was able to jailbreak a week 38 ipod touch on 1.1.4 firmware using Ziphone 2.5c with the repeated clicking of the jailbreak method. Installer worked fine, my only issue was with Summerboard, I was not able to get them to display. It was active. I ran 1.1.3/4 theme fix (version 1.2), AFC2 fix (version 1.0) and Smb themes fix (version 1.00). One of these fixed the Summerboard problem, but now when I go into settings (and when I sync with iTunes) it says I am running 1.1.3. I assume one of the fixes changes the .plist to 1.1.3 so that the themes will work. My question is that I assume I am technically still running 1.1.4 firmware (kind of like the soft upgrade has you still running 1.1.2 but it thinks it is 1.1.3 or 1.1.4). So is my assumption correct?

    Thanks.

If you installed a 1.1.4 compatability patch thn it will change your version to 1.1.3. This same thing happened to me but you are still on 1.1.4.
