What are the pros/cons of Jailbreaking my Touch? I'm thinking about doing it, but I'm not completely sure what it does.

Have you tried searching? I know for a fact that there are many pro/con threads about jailbreaking.

Pros outweigh the cons.. infact theres only one con i think, and thats your warranty down the drain. Theres rarely any real problems with jb though.. i highly recommend it!

you don't lose your warranty, because you can just restore to normal firmware in itunes

Well, technically you lose your warranty when you jailbreak. But if you restore it and then return it or w/e, they can't tell. You can restore it in iTunes, if that's what you meant by how.

So, just to make sure, if I don't like it jailbroken, I can just restore it?

Yes. You can restore at any time, no matter what happens. If you start to have problems with it, you can restore it, and jailbreak it again if you want to.
