jailbreaking

    HI this doesn't really have to do with the 2nd gen...

    but is it considered illegal to jailbreak your ipod?

    some of the things you can do with a jailbroken ipot are blurring the line a little bit.

    Jailbreaking the iPod itself is not illegal, it however does void your apple warranty.
    That can be easily fixed however by doing a simple restore.


    Now what you do with the jailbreak...(I'm not even going to mention it)
