jailbreaking

    ive heard alot about this jail breaking it has to be said i am abit of a noob when it comes to this kind of stuff. i was just wondering is it really worth jail breaking the ipod touch, and if so whats the risk?

    yeah if u get the 1st gen u can jailbreak it, and its all good from there on in. but some of the older more conventional ways aren't as good. i would suggest pwning the touch. its way better and faster. but there is no risk, because if something messes up (and it happens on rare occurrences) u can always put it in restore mode and reload the firmware from itunes. so its worth it. and if ur getting a 2 gen, the jailbreak should b coming out soon... hopefully... no doubts, but i'm really anxious for it to come... good stuff
