    Hello,
I know that Blackra1n can jailbreak almost every apple device , however I heard that there is a some kind of problem jailbreaking a brand new iPhone 3GS.

I remember that a brand new iPhone 3GS can be jailbreaked but there will be a problem turning on/off the device.

can someone explain to me this issue ?

    Thanks

Basically if you turn the iPhone off, you'll have to run blackra1n again or it wont boot up properly. Once you run blackra1n though, everything is as it was before you turned your iPhone off.

Since it is brand new, there is a 99.99999% chance you have one with the small hardware update. I think the serial #'s differ in some way than the original 3GS devices? Not too sure about that though, but there are other ways to check.

3G iPhone is fine. Its just newer 3GS iPhones and the iPod Touch 3G which are tethered.
