Hello everyone. I'm new to itouch stuff, and I would like to jailbreak my itouch.
I have downloaded QuickFreedom to jailbreak it, and I need to know what itunes
should I be using? Oh ya my firmware is 2.2.1. Thanks for any help

Use newest iTunes and use redsn0w 0.3.

Its fast and you don't lose any information.

    Quickfreedom-
    Pros:
    Able to change bootlogo
    Have installer added

    Cons:
    Libusb can kill your computer
Have to restore and re-sync in iTunes

    Redsn0w 0.3-
    Pros:
    Fast-5min jailbreak
    Official Dev team jailbreak
No restore needed Keeps all your apps and music on your ipod
    Allows use of LogoMe
    Faster boot time (couple seconds)

    Cons:
Needs internet to download the iBSS and patches and such
Some people have problem with rebooting stage

I personally haven't had any problems with redsn0w. So I would say use that.
