Jailbreaking is not illegal, so why are we getting booted off of public websites etc.

    well, i dont think they will do anything..i went into carphone warehouse and they loved my iPod! seeing how it was jailbroken. then an apple resailer (NOT OFFICIAL APPLE) and they dont mind me bringing my iPod out. in fact...i helped them with some apps (some guy didnt like dock.app, and i told him where to uninstall it :D

    Well i go into my local apple store in Exeter UK and i always show them my jailbroken ipod. I hang around for a bit and when apple staff tell a customer what they can and can't do with an ipod or iphone i always correct them and they think its cool. Like this one guy came in and said "how do you download things from safari" to an apple guy and he said "you can't" and i said "yes you can if you jailbreak." He was on 1.1.1 so i jailbroke right in the shop at jailbreakme.com and set it up for him. Didn't take long and the apple staff didn't care. They all want to jailbreak their iphones but they said something like they wernt allowed as the iphone was free from apple? I dont know it probably gets taken away from them if they do lol. Anyway, Steve Jobs may care but everyone else working for apple doesn't. In fact they dont care about much, until you put an iphone of theirs in restore mode :p then they chuck you out.

    daamnnn people at the apple store sucks if they take ur ipod...
    i would like telll them to F. off.. and when they bring papers, il just be like good for you and walk aaway...if they attempt to stop me ... i would use self defense :p

    after u bought it u could take it out of the box
    slamed it on the floor
    jumped on it several times
    and took a piss on it
    theres nothing illegal about it
    ud just have a few members at apple mad at you
    I dont get why some people think jailbreaking is illegal
    Is throwing your iPod off a cliff illegal? No.
    How much you wanna bet that half of the apple employees have jailbroken iPods?
