Now, let me start by saying that when we buy our iPod Touches or iPhones, we are making a legal agreement. For 300, 400, or 500 USD we are exchanging that cash, for an iPod Touch or an iPhone, and we can do whatever we want with that iPod Touch or iPhone.

Heck...We could use it as toilet paper

So now, why is it becoming more popular that websites like Youtube.com are suspending out accounts for the tutorials that we make.

Why is walking into an Apple store, now dangerous, because we dont know if some crazy Apple store staff guy, is going to walk in and ask to see your iPod Touch and/or iPhone and if it is jailbroken, they will whip out some fancy smanchy legal agreement, and confiscate your iPod or iPhone from you (Steven R.).:mad::mad:

To all those that this is happening to, dont you have to agree that it does not make sense...I mean, since i jailbroke my iPod Touch or iPhone, I have friends that have bought one, just do do that, and get a crapload of applications on it.:p

I know people who have walked up to me with their iPod Touches asking me to jailbreak it for them.

So, how are we doing NOTHING, illegal and having Apple stick their nasty little hands on out iPod Touch's and iPhones?

    just a thought,
    hakk79

P.S.- feel free to add your opinion, weather it be good or bad.:)

I think the problem isn't the tutorials but the links to software that is illegally obtained.

I wouldn't hide my ipod. If they threatened take it from me and make me restore it I would start swearing. Then I would call my friend. (his dad is a lawyer). :)
I mean its legally mine to do what ever I want with it.
Read the quote in my sig.

eh? can't you just slap the taste out their mouth if they try to do that? or atleast say no? 'cos that fancy schmancy legal agreement definitely doesn't give them any sort of right to confiscate your ipod
