Jailbreaking iPod Touch 2G FW 3.1.3 doesn't work

    Hello,

I need help with my iPod touch 2G official FW 3.1.3.
I have tried it 6 times with different versions of RedSn0w. And with different versions of firmware (3.0, 3.1.2, 3.1.3).

I only get good screens with FW 3.0, but after that crazy pineapple, it freezes and then i can do a full restore because it is in DFU mode...

    Can someone help me??

If you need more info, i'd like to hear it from you.

    Greetings from a icy Holland,

    Rik

It sounds like you may have a newer iPod touch 2G. Does your serial number begin with "MC"?

hey bro can you tell me whats your serial model number MC or MB. if its MC then you have to wait til blackra1n or redsn0w is compatible with MC model with the 3.1.3 firmware. for iPod Touch 2g with the MB model, download redsn0w 0.9.4 and have 3.1.2 firmware for the browsing in redsn0w. next put in dfu mode and do the steps and buff you are now jailbroken iPod Touch 2g 3.1.3 firmware.

No i have not an modelnumber beginning with "MC" or "MB", and also my serialnumber is not beginning with it.

I have four rules on my ipod:

    Serial No.: 1C295xxxxxx
Designed in blablah.... Model No.: A1288
    Rated 5V = 1A blablah.
TM and (C) 2008 Apple Inc. All Rights Reserved.

So nothing is looking weird for me...

    Can please someone help me??
