iOS 4.0 jailbreaking help witch to do ?

    hi guys im getting a ipod touch 3g tomorrow and it has OS 3.1 installed on it my question is

    should i just use spirit to jailbreak my ipod

    or

    upgrade it to 4.0 and use jailbreakme ???

    i did my friends ipod touch with jailbreakme and it slowed it down like it freezes every second for a second when im typing ect.... i just dont want that to happen to mine

    What generation of iPod touch does your friend have?

    And use the guide in my sig to jailbreak once you get your iPod.

    ^ as if u upgrade u get the 4.0 features like folders and Multitasking (32gb and 64gb models) and plenty of other stuff

    if mine freezes like my friends is there a way to fix it ?

    edit: for my friends ipod touch im pretty sure its a 3g

    ok once i get my ipod touch 3g ill do the upgrade ect.... i was just curious bc what happened to my friends ipod

    If it's a 8gb, then it's probably because of the low amount of RAM in the device. If it's a 32 or 64gb, IDK.

    yea its an 8GB, and mine is 8GB as well
