I'm considering JBing my 2G when it is available, but the only real thing making me hesitate is, do I lose any features?

After I JB can I still connect to iTunes and manage my music and apps (the ones from itunes) that way, or will I need another program to install evrything?
Will I still be able to use the installed Safari, Youtube, Mail and other apps?

    Nothing lost, much gained.
