    ZiPhone doesnt work for 2G... old and outdated.

    Use the tutorial in your link. BTW, you cant mess up your iPod.

    I tried the tutorial I have linked, but it keeps telling me I have the wrong firmware bundle =/

    redsnow .3 is the best
    the guide in ur link was tethered (cant boot w/o computer)

    Don't use a mac. Use quickfreedom. it's the only one that works.

    Not true at all

    You must have done something to mess it up

    I've used both methods, redsn0w is the far easier and superior one in my opinion
