This method didn't work so good for me. I downloaded 2.0.2 but when I click shift + restore the window that you say I should see the one with the option for which version to install does not come up just a pop up box asking me if I am sure I want to restore back to factory setting. What am I doing wrong? I have version 2.1 on my iPod and I am running iTunes 8.
