Which method is the safest to jailbreak the Touch? What is the chance of bricking?
It's pretty much all safe, you can't brick an iPod. The only way you can do that is with the hard drive messing up. I don't even have a touch...

Although, knowing apple just wait for it being possible to brick your iPod Touch.
Whats safer the 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 firmware to jailbreak the Touch because the video says not to upgrade to 1.1.2.
when ever I try to downgrade I option click the restore choose the 1.1.1 ipsw file
and then it starts then after a while a message pops up saying Can not restore ipod "iPod". Unknown error (1)
does anyone know what to do
and how to do it?
i'm having the same problem. I archive it, change the extension in 'info' (on a macbook) and, option restoring it but i'm still getting the error.
ANY HELP WOULD SO BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! I feel many people on macs are having this exact same problem!
