    Let's translate this into English.

    1) redsn0w 0.9.4 is designed for 3.1.3 for the iPod Touch 2G ONLY. Since your profile says you have an iPod Touch 3G 32GB, it will not work for you, so there is no 3.1.3 jailbreak for you.

    2) No, it doesn't give you 'all apps' for free. All it does is let you run Cydia and do other things that a regular iPod doesn't due to software restrictions. This includes using the BT stack to connect to things other than headphones, for example.

    3) Please read the forum rules about piracy. I do suggest also that you read the sticky topics at the top of each forum, including "Status of Untethered 3G jailbreak" in the iPod Touch 3G forum and the jailbreak FAQ in the jailbreak forums.

Also, can you please clarify what "darkra1n" is? I've never heard of it.

If you're referring to blackra1n, it won't jailbreak 3.1.3. On any device.

Not at this time. The reason is that there are only software holes which allowed jailbreaking in the 3g iPod Touch devices, and those were patched out with 3.1.3.

Also, again I will reiterate: piracy-related discussions are not allowed here.
