Jailbreak using shared wifi

    Ok so i got all the software i need to jailbreak my pod. But theres one thing i tried it and got up to the ip adress. THE THING IS, They are coming in about a week to install my new wireless router. but without it im now using my neghbors connectin. I put in her ip adress and did the jaibreak i got the fatal error thing so i just restored everything and called it a day. I plan on trying again but im wondering is t even A POSSIBILITY for me to use my comp my pod but use my neighbors wifi

    Ahh. someone please tell me. I keep getting "fatal error connection timed out" each time i get to the ip address I've been restoring and trying again numerous times. but same keeps happening. is the connection not strong enough or something

    thanks. It says i only have to use the wifi to initiate it. It'll do the rest. SAWEET

    To Confirm

    So the only time you need to use wifi is when you are crashing it. How does it goa round the sftp/ssh portion of the break?
