So does this work with all browsers? If not, how can one determine whether this will affect any given browser?

Works great with Chrome, I used it on 5.1.1. Facebook could also be approved by this before. Not sure if it applies now that the app has been rewritten.

I purchased it on my iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1. IT'S STINKING SLOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I payed $1 for slower Internet, great.

    Edit----------

I used the iPhone only app "Speedtest.net" from the app store.
I'd like others who have purchased this to do their own tests with this app and report back.

Dude it doesn't interfere with connection speed, only the browser itself

    Also speedtest.net is on everything.

It doesn't make any difference on Internet connection, but the actual rendering and performance of JavaScript on web pages in browsers other than Safari.
