    OK people listen to this.

This is really weird and I am really curious if it happened to someone already.

I was helping my friend to jailbreak through icq, so I opened ziphone and even clicked jailbreak (iPod was not connected) so I could tell him what it does since I didn't remember cos i did it long a time ago. I CLOSED the ziphone.

After a while I connnected my ipod and WTF???!!! It started to jailbreak - even though it was already jailbroken. So I taskman ended the process ziphone.
Everything is OK, nothing is damaged even the apps previously installed work BUT ínstaller is 3.0 and I can't upgrade to 3.11 - and I even have a new apptapp repo.
What the fu*k? I hope that nothing is really fu*ked up, co everything seems to work fine, even the apps, and they are even in the uninstall panel in installer. So what gives.

Did this happen to any1 yet?
Is there a possibility to DL Installer.app 3.11 from the web somewhere? (i googled a lot but couldn't find one

    backup /var/mobile/library/installer
    delete /applications/installer.app
    jailbreak your iPod without restore
    update installer
restore the backup you made of /var/mobile/library/installer to restore the list of installed packages and your sources

    Haha!

    Your kidding, right?

    Anyway...

Go to Installer, and go to Uninstall.

Click on Installer, and click "Reinstall" at the top.

Respring... and you should be good to go.

well when they said they couldn't install anything I thought they meant they couldn't install ANYTHING. my method does the same thing as reinstalling installer. I just didn't know the easy way would work.
