    Hi!

My home button is broken so I decided to send my ipod back to apple but first I have to remove my jailbreak...

    I tried this:
-First I restored it in normal mode with an original firmware
-after this the home button worked again and i put my ipod into dfu and tried to restore...
-while itunes was restoring my pc crashs and my ipod restartet and it went into recovery mode
-at this time the home button didn't work anymore and i restored in recovery mode
-when the restore was finished i went to settings-->general-->restore-->restore all settings

at the moment the home button works for some minutes and than it doesn't work anymore...

is the jailbreak now completely removed or should i wait till the home button works for some minutes and than restore in dfu...

PS: sorry for my bad english^^

It should be removed, but if you can, do a DFU restore.

The jailbreak was removed after the first restore, as long as you didn't restore from backup, you're safe

    Cool.
You're one of the lucky people. I haven't seen many people say their home buttons started working again.
