jailbreak quickpwn not working!!!!!!!

    hi all i was wandering if anyone could help me?
    i reacently rebooted my 1st gen 16gb ipod touch to 2.2.1 and ran quickpwn and it sez all the time unhandled exception press continue to ignore and so fourth...there was alot of threads about the same probeblem but it works once in a while. and wen it comes time for the timing of the home and power buttons it screws up at the 20 sec last count down timer and skips before the time finnishes ... every thing looks like it instsall correctly but never boots up . just stays on the apple icon for ever. i rebooted my pod 4 times ....does any one have any info fior me please i beggen here lol


    i have vista 32bit sp1
    16 bg i touch
    .net framwork 3.5 installed

    This is exactly my problem. I need to know an answer for this.

    turn it off first of all, now unplug it from the computer, now WHILE HOLDING THE HOME BUTTON plug it back into the computer, it should boot up but keep holding the home button until you see the connect to itunes screen, it will now appear in itunes in " recovery mode" you are now able to restore it , hope it helps

    No not really.

    That doesn't tell us what we are doing wrong with getting the jailbreak to work.

    hey IPLUNDER does your ipod never start up after jailbreak also?
    why does this probeblem exist i dont understand... maybee there is some kind of secret security program in the new 2.2.1 update?

    Yes, thats what happens to me, and it's really annoying.
