Does tethered mean that I lose the jailbreak features when I turn the whole iPod off? or when I put it in sleep? ANSWERED. THANKS

EDIT:Do you suggest I should jailbreak then? I NEVER turn my iPod off, but I also have a 10 screens filled with apps, is there a chance I will lose my data if I do tethered JB?

Tethered means when you turn your ipod off, you will have to rejailbreak, but everything you installed is still there

I know how you feel, however, the only time my ipod turned off on the road was when it drained during school. I suggest you should jailbrek

Tethered isn't a big issue at all. Jailbreak.

Just wondering then, what's all the hype between untethered and tethered, the only difference is you can't turn it off...
