afaik, you have to jb it first, then you will have ability to unlock (by ultrasn0w in Cydia)

Wat I mean abt unlock is to unlock the phone so I can use various sim card by different service provider. Does this relate to jb in any sense?

yes it does, like i said in #2
if you want to unlock, u must install ultrasn0w
if you want to install ultrasn0w, you must have Cydia
if you want Cydia, you must JB

But currently my service provider is actually applying an unlock code for me, which means I can unlock my phone soon? Without jb, and when Nxt time jb my phone , would that affect the unlock ?

If you're using the official unlock then it shouldn't affect a JB.

The Baseband and iOS run on two separate systems so (in theory) as long as you have a vanilla baseband there should be no issues.

ic... baseband is for the sim card thingy? and ios is the phone software itself right? So jb and unlocking has no relationship ?

apart from that you can't unlock your phone w/o jailbreak (or you need unlock codes from your provider).
