SBSettings is like a window that you can activate by swiping your status bar, from there you can turn wifi on/off, bluetooth on/off, brightness and other things.
iFile is a file mananger, it's like SSH but locally on your phone. You can access the file system with it. It can also install debs, unpack zip/rar files.
