    Hi,

I have been looking around on how to jailbreak an ipod, and I have found many different programs. But at all the programs there are people that say that it doesn't work on the ipod touch 3G 3.1.3. Does anyone know a program to jailbreak this ipod, or maybe how i can chamge it into 3.1.2?

    Thanks in advance!

Was your ipod jailbroken on 3.1.2?! If not then you're stuck with it and their will not be a jailbreak for any new firmwares until the new iphone.

No, i bought it with 3.1.3. When will the new iphone come out? And is there a way to put apps you need to pay for for free on your ipod without jailbreaking?

What you're talking about is illegal, and it against the rules on this website so edit your post and the new iphone should be out around June.

If you want to downgrade the firmware, look here. You should be able to then go and jailbreak.
