    I keepseeing threads about this
    Apple is not saying NOT to jailbreak,theyre just saying"Dont come whine to us when you brick your iPod"
    Thats how I look at it
    Anyone else?

    its not illegal but will void warranty although you can just restore and get rid of any trace of jailbreak.

    no it's not ill-eagle, where do people keep getting that crazy idea

    if you feel like getting your warranty back then you're in luck, it takes 5 minutes with itunes

    anyone who votes no is, well, wrong

    edit: oh yeah, and you can't brick your ipod unless you use winpwn or pwnage, still not any sort of big chance there

    It's not illegal and even if it was, it's the same thing as pulling the tag off a mattress; they won't do anything about it.
