    General rule of thumb is if they have numbers in their name they're fake. I suggest nobody to download that file, it's most likely a virus/rick roll.

    Interesting. I wont try it lol, but it may be real, but most likely a very well planned out fake.

    They have a youtube video, it looks rather real to me.

    I'm having trouble decompiling it, but the fact that it says "Runing" if I click on it for one second, I think it's fake.

    They never proved that it was 3.1.3 in the youtube video.

    I decided to be the lab rat and check out how safe this was. I ran it and it gave me a error 7.

    Then, it created a batch file and made it so every time my computer booted, it ran a batch that made my computer shutdown due to 'itunes'.

    For those of you that download this and get into a reboot loop, run 'msconfig' and disable the iTunes startup, the destination should lead you to a batch file.

    EDIT:
    It also messes up iTunes's .dll files and breaks iTunes, you'll need to reinstall that as well.
