Jailbreak free apps

    Could I still use my free apps that I've got on my Ipod Touch atm when I would jb it? (and what about paid apps?)

    Yea. You can still use App Store and any apps that you've gotten from there. You just have to redownload them.

    Just put them all back from iTunes.

    Yes, if not...I would never jailbreak, I probably spent over $100 in the app store

    Well that's the same as redownloading them. And not everyone downloads all the apps onto their compouter.

    If you downloaded the apps on your computer, they're immediately shown in your Library under Applications. If you downloaded them through your iPod, they're copied to your Library once you sync. So, yeah. If they're in your Library (and there's no reason why they shouldn't be), you're good.

    Yes, any music, apps, videos, or any other content you have will still be on your iPod. As long as you don't restore that is.... Restoring would wipe everything off and put your iPod back to it's original state.
