I just downloaded and installed 3.0, and when it was done installing, I noticed in iTunes that there is still 663 megabytes of "other" on my iPod, which is undoubtedly from the themes/plugins/cydia apps from my previous jailbroken 2.1. Another thing. I used to have 3 folders from the Categories app from Cydia. I have all the same apps still on my iPod, however, the firmware still thinks these apps are in the folders. The bad thing is, it is showing neither the apps themselves on the homescreen nor the Categories folder icons, which renders my apps unreachable. It's almost as if the new firmware was laid over all the previous data on the iPod.
    Has anyone else noticed this?
