there all safe, you cant get bricked, the easiest one is cywood's.

    In my opinion.

In searching, it helps to spell the search terms correctly, so 'jailbreak plz' won't do it.

Beyond that, there's the DevTeam and the ChronicDevTeam tools... but the problem is that you HAVE to have a computer to hook up to to start up the iPod, and if you have a program crash or something that requires you to restart, you need that same computer (or one with the same tools loaded) to reboot afterwards.

So no, there's no really 'safe' way of doing so... as was indicated on the front page of the site.

Well, like the others have said, just a simple 'Jailbreak 2.2.1' will give you your answer.

BUT since I'm nice and have nothing else to do:

Use QuickPwn for 2.2.1. to jailbreak your 1G iPod.

This for me has never failed - but you need to follow the instructions to the T for it to work.

The title of his post says he has a 2g, so QuickPwn is not an option.
