Hi I was wondering if there was a solid solution to jailbreaking 16gb iTouch in 1.1.4 without it going into the BSD Root:md0 etc.

I've been looking through the posts and haven't been able to get quite the answer I'd like before continuing with the ZiPhone approach.

    Thanks for any help!

thats pre-mac world. It is basically luck right now, as there is no solution for the error but to keep trying.

My suggestion is just to wait for the dev team jailbreak that comes out tomorrow (supposedly)

Just be patient as i am until a "real" jb comes out - i'm on a soft jb 1.1.4 right now, but i am unable to reboot without reentering in recovery... maybe there will be some new jb soon, as mentioned above...

Just hard reboot the ipod, hold sleep/wake button and home button until it turns off, then turn it back on in a normal way. Worked for me..

he probably meant one that doesnt suck. i mean it only works for 8 gigs which are a waste of money to begin with.
