kinda funny that this whole jailbreaking thing is getting so ridiculous about bringing the law into it is apple so afraid to lose money because of this jailbreaking
i think apple is soo greedy
and when i heard that apple is trying to fight for a law to stop jailbreak just made me f***in laugh

because this is my device if i wanna hack into it i can and there is nothing anyone can do or say that will stop me

you guys spend your hard earn money to buy devices like this and we all wanna get its full potential out of your device and have fun with it
and i think if you wanna jailbreak your device do it hack your computers your cell phones your mp3 players or anything

just as long as your not steeling i have no problem with that
and as for cracked apps i am soo against it people spend there hard work trying to make these apps
and the people that get these well you guys suck

    so i say

KEEP JAILBREAKING YOUR IPHONE AND IPOD TOUCH

Yay, could've posted this in the thread actually talking about this? Instead of creating a thread for your own opinion, poorly helping your own opinion, and butchering the English language. Thanks, your opinion was very helpful.

It won't make any difference if they make jailbreaking illegal.

P2P file sharing is illegal and they have huge fines for if you get caught but still more and more people do it.

There is no way of apple finding out if you have a jailbroken ipod and if they make it illegal people will still do it.

All they are doing is giving themselves a bad image.

No its not. What is shared is illegal.
Serial numbers, UDID, Mac Address. Yeah, they can't find out that your device has been Jailbroken. If that is true, then how does the Jailbreak community know that there are 1.7 Million Jailbroken devices? (Ask SkylarEC, he knows)
To us, sure, but to Stock Holders, its mandatory what they're doing.

What I say: It's my device, I paid for it, I can do what I want with it. (Goodbye warranty)

Couldn't have said it better myself... But really man, it will be very difficult for apple to make this illegal, I think there are precedents against this (needs confirming) so I doubt it will happen.
