jailbraking 3g itouch

    well i have a 64 gig ipod touch 3rd gen. i was wondering if its possible to jailbreak it and how? ive jailbroken my sisters iphone before but i think its different for the 3rd gen itouch. also is it worth jailbraking it? also my ipod has version 3.2.1 on it

    You need to use blackra1n. Its essentially the same jailbreak but you'll have to run blackra1n every time you want to turn your iPod on. This shouldn't be too often because its pretty pointless turning it off in the first place

    well since i bought my ipod i have never ever turned it off and it has never ran outta batteries. so your sayin whenever my ipod dies or i turn it off i have to plug it back in.? but besides that i dont have to?

    Yes, that is what he is saying. But you have to re-run Blackra1. You will not loose your apps.

    alright thanks. but last question i reember there was a program so that i could backup all my ipod into some folder. anyone know what that program is called? or if there are any other ways to back it up

    Good stuff. If it doesn't work, just reboot it and try again, but all of the problems you might experience should be answered in one of the Stickys.
