Yes, it's compatible. I'm using it right now. Volume up and down works. Not fast forward or backwards.

    Ofc play/pause too!

I've found out that the MINIMUM volume on this device is TOO high for my ears. I've tested both with the bundled ear-phones and with my Sennheiser CX-400. The LOWEST volume you can turn in from the headset is about 70 % of the max-volume when I'm using a cord. Sucks.. :/ Been in contact with both Apple and Jabra Support, but nobody seems to be able to help me. F*ck.. :/

Anybody know a fix, like how to override the volume on the iPod when BT-connected? (Because the volume bar disappears when it's paired with a headset.) Another solution? Firmware upgrade for the BT3030 maybe? Thanks!

    Same problem here

Same exact problem with iSkin Cerulean F1 (min volume too high)

The community WILL need a fix for this (dont hide the volume bar!), The only question is will the answer come first from apple or the Jailbreak community ...

    My bet on Jailbrake

Why not try using sound check in order to lower the volume?

i have the same problem too when i use the BT3030 with my UE Super.fi 3 Studio IEMs on the iPhone 3G. the volume was way too loud (as in, i could hear the music w/o even inserting the IEMs fully) but there was no way to get it lowered further even with the physical volume rocker button.

to the person who suggested using Sound Check, i have Sound Check on & that doesn't help either.

also the next/prev buttons don't seem to work either. quite a bummer since i'm quite happy with my Super.fi otherwise.

I was wondering if anyone was using the BT3030 with both an iPod Touch and a phone concurrently.

I'm wondering how you switch back and forth and how well that works.

Also, anyone using the BT3030 with the Shure E530 IEMs? How well does this combo work?

    Thanks!
