    It just seems a bit choppy in my opinion. I really like the popup and fullscreen features but the design is the only flaw. I tried rebuilding my site with 4.0, but it didn't look good so I stuck with 3.0.1.

    it didn't look good... WTF?
    Could you be a little more specific on what makes the older version "beter"

    I just took another look at the demo, and now that I think about it, it's not that bad. If I upgraded, all I would want to change is the letter spacing. I may give 4.0 a chance.

    Although, put the older versions back on your site just encase.

    in the css file find the rule for the p tags and remove: "text-align: justify"

    Or just dont use p tags

    I just checked out 4.0 - wow - excellent work!

    just one thing: The character encoding specified in the HTTP header (iso-8859-1) is different from the value in the <meta> element (utf-8).

    Does that have any consequence?? Do you mean the character encoding isn't the encoding specified?? How can I fix that??

    Do something like how the AppStore works, to be more specific, when you tap "Show 25 More," it shows 25 more. That would be a great feature!

    It's not a big deal, you just defined it differently twice - it makes it not 100% xhtml strict compliant. change the header and meta element to match each other.
    change this:
    Code:
    <meta content="text/html; charset=utf-8" http-equiv="Content-Type" />
    to this:
    Code:
    <meta content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" http-equiv="Content-Type" />

    utf-8 has an extended character set and shoud be preferably used for multilingual sites. iso-8859-1 is only good for Western European languages, so if you have a multilingual or non western european language in your website you should use utf-8.

    In the case of conflict between multiple encoding declarations, precedence rules apply to determine which declaration wins out. For XHTML and HTML, the precedence is as follows, with 1 being the highest:

    1. HTTP Content-Type
    2. XML declaration
    3. meta charset declaration
    4. link charset attribute

    Having a mismatched http header and charset shouldn't really be an issue with iPhone browsers, since they are all newer browsers, however it can cause issues with some older browsers.
