Why is this? Is there anyway, other than setting up playlists, to do this? Setting up a playlist for 70 gigs of a music is a b*tch.

Never happened to me. Why did you uncheck them in the first place?

A lot of the songs i dont want to listen to from my iPod, but my computer instead. Like r&b.

It's just, with unchecked songs on the computer, it will skip them. You can still listen to them individually though.

That's really weird... I've never messed with checks, I just have a playlist for my iPod and sync from there because I dont like hip-hop and that crap on there only my computer.

Well, chances are that if you unchecked them, it's pretty much telling iTunes "Hey, I don't like this song as much as the rest that are checked," and it just uses common sense and skips it.

It makes sense to a degree. But, not that much. There's a skip button already on the player; automatically skipping unchecked songs isn't necessary.
