    Problem Solved. Called Apple Support.

But it is recognized by the PC. I've rebooted the computer many times. I've tried restarting the Touch many times, even held down the sleep/wake and home button at one point. I've reinstalled iTunes 3 times. I've run out of ideas.

I never knew how much I use my iPod until everything got wiped off and I can't get iTunes to recognize it. And I have to go to work tomorrow and have nothing to listen to!

Can someone please help me? I really love my iPod Touch and if I can't get it working I'll have to buy a new one.

Try DFU mode. Then restore, if that does not work then call Apple.

Actually that is what started the whole mess. I went to update my ipod.....there was an error 13....it went into recovery mode and after that my iTunes wouldn't recognize it. It is recognized by iTunes on my dad's computer, so I can't figure out what the problem is.
