Has anyone updated to the latest iTunes version? Would it affect the JB iPod Touch?

    My details:
    iTunes version 7.4.2.4
JB iPod Touch version 1.1.1 (3A110a)

I've been running 7.4.3.1 for a long time now and I've had no problems at all. Although to be fair, I installed it before Jailbreak was even possible, so I can't say how upgrading to it should affect you. My instinct is to say that you should be able to upgrade with no problems.

I am absolutely sure. I double checked before I posted my last post: 7.4.3.1

And I remember that I haven't updated since before Jailbreak.

That's weird. You might want to try to manually download iTunes to get the new version.

I wonder why there's two different versions floating around.

Edit, nevermind. According to that link (Apple.com), they're only at 7.4.2

I swear I'm not crazy. When I get home from work today I'll take a screenshot of my iTuens showing that it is 7.4.3.1
