So, I have the newest iTunes 9 on my computer. My computer is a PC running Windows XP. Also, I m using a 2G 16GB iPod Touch with 2.2.1 firmware which is not jailbroken.

So, with the formalities out of the way, why do I keep getting this message "iTunes unable to load database information from synch services"? I have been reading other discussions about it, but nothing seems to work. The funny thing is, even though I get this message I am still able to synch my iPod.

Also, it is difficult for me to do things on my computer because I live in Korea, but I am not Korean and my XP is all in Korean. My wife is Korean, but she doesn't know anything about computers.

Ok, lets try this (I did it with photos so you can understand it on your Korean xp) ;-)

    1. Disconnect iPod and close iTunes
    2. Press "Windows Key" + R
    3. Enter services.msc
    4. Click on

Then, try again to use your iPod with iTunes!
